Peter Gibson

Peter has over 30 years operational, financial and transactional experience across many sectors including advisory, private equity and property.

Peter’s domestic and international experience includes KPMG, Macquarie Bank, Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Private Equity on both investor and portfolio sides, and startup operations across Finance, Telecommunications, Financial Planning and Commercial Property.

Peter also worked in the Private Equity sector as CFO for a leading independent firm with over $600m of funds under management, working with portfolio companies in Australia and New Zealand.

Since 2012, Peter has worked on both buy side and sell side of transactions totalling c.$580m across Australia and New Zealand and has brought this experience to the field of business broking since 2021.

Peter’s knowledge, experience enables an ability to empathise with both vendors and buyers and to understand the drivers of both sides of a transaction to try and ensure the sales  process is a smooth one.
