Thaddeus has more than a decade experience leading travel agencies, in Australia, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR and in the Philippines for one of the largest, global travel & tourism company. His experience and network position him well to sell travel agencies, tour operators and tourist accommodation.

During COVID when travel businesses went into hibernation Thaddeus successfully start-up, rapidly scaled and sold a trades services business that operated across the New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory. His combination of hands-on business leadership experience and knowledge of finance enable him to help vendors unlock strategic value in their business by identifying operational levers, growth stories and buyer synergies. His current personal investment portfolio includes a couple of thriving cafes in Sydney, a business process offshoring agency and a mortgage and commercial finance brokerage.  As an experienced buyer of established businesses and having successfully exited businesses that he built from scratch, Thaddeus understands what buyers value in a business and how to help business owners secure the true value of the business they are exiting.
