This import/wholesale business is currently located in the Tauranga area but could be relocated to any area. Dealing in the importation of products that service a growth market in NZ they have a sole distribution agreement in place with the supplier for New Zealand and currently have authorised agents in both the North and South islands, although there is scope to increase the number of agents considerably with more time on the road in areas not covered at this stage. The product is imported in containers and so some storage will be necessary. Most of the product is then freighted out to the retail agents but some is sold directly off the very high quality website that the current owners have developed and there is a well sign written van as part of the business which is used for more personal deliveries. The current owners have not had the time to aggressively grow the business and so there is huge potential to grow this business further for someone with good sales and marketing skills. No experience necessary in the products being sold as all training will be provided by the current owners in a handover period.
