About this Business for sale in Thames-Coromandel

Essential Services Media Distribution Thames

A government recognised essential services business operating profitably during the recent lockdown.

A risk-averse Media Distribution Franchise business, No sales, marketing, lease, bad debts, competition, or stocks.

Move quickly – this is a rare opportunity in today's market.  This market-leading franchisor reports 57% of his revenue from print media.

The franchisor reported an increase in readership of 3.6% last year. This franchise is ideal for a local person/couple with a hands-on approach, an eye for detail and strong people management skills.

This franchisee's weekly revenue is approximately  $13,300 for distribution.

You will take over an existing team of experienced contractors, part-time delivery persons, work 3-5 early- hours, 5-7 days a week on a 5+5 years distribution franchise agreement. You will also get a transport contract that has a notice period of 30 days.

As with most franchise agreements, the price reflects no end-of-term renewal rights. Hence, you amortise 10% of the business's value every year to zero value at the end of the term.

The present employment scenario may result in diminished problems in recruiting staff.  You will need to be resourceful and operate within the norms stipulated by the franchisor.
