Business turnover and profitability have increased annually. A five days a week operation providing daily logistics to customers living or working in Auckland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty. 98% of it work is within the "Golden Triangle". Business is run off a laptop and a phone from home. Trucks and trailers are currently stored on a vacant fully fenced, secure property in Papakura, Auckland but could be stored anywhere within the main delivery area. The owners plan the next day's workload from home advising the drivers of the timing and place of their first pick up/delivery and their timetable for the day. The two main customers that produce 50% of the revenue have written fixed cartage contracts in place. Many other regular repeat customers simply have an understanding and simply pay their invoices upon presentation. The owners have never encountered any bad debts. Much of the work are regular pick ups and deliveries to common places so pricing is not difficult.

The business owners keeps a watchful eye on overhead expenses and checks the regular maintenance programs to ensure the trucks and trailers are serviced regularly. The owners pays the wages and all the operational expenses including the lease payment for the overnight and weekend parking for the trucks and trailers.

The business is currently run by two part-time owners who both enjoy extended overseas holidays. The owners are purchasing a fully managed business in a totally different industry.
