Gigi Li

Gigi Li is the Operations Manager at LINK’s North Shore office in Auckland. She joined LINK in 2016 as a personal assistant to Yong Wu, working with Yong to refine operational strategies and business processes. Through her dedication and leadership, she became the business partner and shareholder in the North Shore office in 2022 and was recognized as LINK’s National Excellent Staff of the Year in 2023.

As Operations Manager, Gigi plays a crucial role in optimizing business efficiency, supporting brokers, and ensuring seamless transactions. Her ability to navigate complex challenges, implement strategic solutions, and foster a high-performance culture has been instrumental in LINK North Shore’s growth and success.

Originally from China, Gigi trained in dance and the arts at the Beijing Dance Academy for 13 years before moving to New Zealand, where she earned a Master’s degree in Applied Business. Coming from a business family, she developed a strong business acumen from an early age.

Beyond her professional expertise, Gigi was crowned Miss Chinese New Zealand 2017, demonstrating her confidence, leadership, and ability to excel across diverse fields. With a sharp eye for business and a deep understanding of both the Chinese and New Zealand markets, she continues to drive operational excellence and elevate LINK’s industry leadership.
