Gigi Li

Gigi Li is the Operations Manager at LINK Business North Shore, bringing nearly a decade of experience in business operations, financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. 

Since joining LINK in 2016 as a Personal Assistant, Gigi has progressively advanced into a senior operational leadership role, demonstrating strong commercial judgement, dedication, and a consistent ability to deliver measurable business outcomes. 

As Operations Manager, Gigi holds overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and operational performance of LINK Business North Shore. Her role encompasses strategic business planning, financial budgeting, recruitment, remuneration decisions, workforce management, regulatory compliance, and operational expenditure. With a strong focus on commercial performance and sustainable growth, she plays a central role in shaping the office's operational direction and long-term success. 

Throughout her career, Gigi has played an instrumental role in strengthening operational efficiency, improving financial performance, and supporting business growth. Her achievements include increasing annual marketing fee revenue fivefold, reducing office rental costs by 50% through strategic relocation, and implementing more effective operational systems to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. 

Gigi holds a Master's degree in Applied Management and further strengthened her industry expertise by completing the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager) (Level 5) in 2026. Her combination of academic qualifications, industry knowledge, and hands-on management experience enables her to balance strategic objectives with practical operational execution. 

Working closely with the leadership team, Gigi is committed to maintaining high professional standards, developing talent, and creating a productive environment that supports broker performance and business success. Her outstanding contributions were recognised with a national LINK staff excellence award in 2023. 

Beyond her professional career, Gigi has a background in dance and performing arts and was crowned Miss Chinese New Zealand in 2017, bringing creativity, confidence, and cross-cultural understanding to her leadership approach.
